Yoga

Yoga Flow or Hatha Vinyasa is a class where each yoga pose flows to the next using the breath to help focus the mind. It involves balance, movement and stretching promoting flexibility, stamina and strength.  The class is finished with a guided relaxation to centre the mind and promote a sense of wellbeing.

 £10 each class payable in advance each half term-usually 6 or 7 weeks
